Female lead needed for a short

We are looking to cast a female lead for a very low budget short. The read-throughs will be done in Crown Point, and shooting in Chicago. Shooting will be done over one weekend in late February or March. No pay, but meals will be provided and a copy of the short. Also, transportation will be provided if necessary.

Synopsis:
Julie has been pre-occupied and distraught since the recent loss of her husband. All her constrained emotions come to a head when she inadvertently invites to dinner the one person she holds responsible for her husband’s death.

Julie:
Julie is a young (mid-20s to mid-30s) widow and is not handling it as well as she could. She’s bottling it up. In this short film Julie comes to terms with these emotions (anger, frustration, abandonment, selfishness, jealousy, anger, regret, blame) through conversation that resolves her conflict of faith.
